About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer who has hands-on experience in building brands from the ground up. This role requires someone who understands not just design, but the thinking behind branding, storytelling, and visual identity creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end brand identity development — from concept to execution
- Design logos, brand guidelines, and visual identity systems
- Create packaging designs, brochures, marketing collaterals, and print assets
- Develop engaging social media creatives (posts, carousels, ad creatives, reels concepts)
- Work closely with strategy and client servicing teams to translate briefs into strong visual concepts
- Take ownership of client briefs — from understanding requirements to building design direction from scratch
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and AI-driven workflows
- Use AI tools and prompt-based design approaches to enhance creativity and efficiency




- Mentor junior designers and maintain quality standards

Required Skills & Expertise

- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, logo design, and packaging work
- Proven experience working with multiple brands across industries
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Valuable understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Experience in social media design and digital-first creatives
- Knowledge of AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Firefly, etc.) and prompt crafting
- Ability to think strategically, not just execute designs
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Good to Have

- Experience in campaign ideation & creative strategy
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics / video editing
- Experience working in an agency environment
