DS-MAX is hiring for Content Writer with 3–7 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, brochures, project descriptions, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collaterals. The candidate should possess a robust understanding of real estate terminology, market trends, and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop compelling content for residential, commercial, plotted development, and luxury real estate projects.

· Create project descriptions, website content, landing pages, blogs, articles, newsletters, and marketing materials.

· Write engaging content for social media campaigns, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and email marketing.

· Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Design, and Digital Marketing teams to develop content aligned with business objectives.

· Conduct research on real estate market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

· Ensure content is optimized for SEO and digital marketing requirements.

· Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.

· Proofread and edit content to ensure high quality,



accuracy, and grammatical correctness.

· Generate content ideas to improve lead generation, customer engagement, and brand visibility.

· Assist in developing scripts for videos, project launches, customer testimonials, and promotional campaigns.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong knowledge of real estate terminology and industry practices.

· Experience in SEO content writing and keyword optimization.

· Proficiency in content management systems and digital marketing tools.

· Strong research, editing, and proofreading abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

· Creative thinking and storytelling skills.

· Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Marketing, or a related field.

· Experience working with real estate developers, construction companies, or property consulting firms.

· Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media content strategies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
