Key Responsibilities
In-depth understanding and knowledge/ certification of more than 2 vendors licensing such as Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP,
In depth knowledge on SAM tools like ServiceNow SAM Pro ,Flexera
Integrate Now Assist with Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
Positive knowledge of various inventory/ discovery solutions, like ADDM, BigFix, SCCM, ServiceNow etc. etc.
Knowledge of Hardware Asset Management Processed, CMDB, Service Request Management process.
Depth knowledge on Publisher license metric.
Knowledge of Generating and reviewing software compliance position report.
Able to identify opportunities for software harvesting and optimization.
Good Presentation skills
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, Power Point.
Skill Requirements
Generate License Compliance positions for Vendors like Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle etc.
Plan for renewals, renewal recommendations.
Harvesting & Optimization etc.
Day to Day SAM operation work (ELP Creation etc.)
Resource building and Resource planning
Training and Mentoring of the team.
Escalation handling.
