Roles & Responsibility

EXPERIENCE: 8-10 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Pega Systems(including Pega Constellation), React.js and Front-end Development 4 years+; Backend (Preferably Java) experiencewould be a plus. Valuable exposure to Cloud based solutions (AWS/Azure)KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:Should resemble the unique requirements for the role. May include more than one of each type. Each requirement should have its ownbullet point. 5-7 years in Pega Systems (including Pega Constellation) 4+ years of development experience with React and Front-end Development. Strong knowledge of OOPs concepts. Strong understanding and advocating DevOps culture Java/AWS experience would be good. Telecom experience would be good. Good understanding of Agile (Scrum)



project management methodology and Test-Driven Development Strong communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and should be able to navigate in difficult situation

Requirements

Work closely with TPA to understand the requirements and designing innovative technical solutionswhich meets functional as well as non-functional requirements. Plan, design, lead and execute technicalsolutions.

Collaborate with teams as a key contributor of technical design & documentation: including HLD/LLD,standards, guidelines, quality, and best practices. 25%Guide/Mentor team to remove technical/functional blockers, ensure coding standards are followed,ensuring quality. 20%Create and manage release plan, manage technical debts and look for areas of improvement in existingsoftware. 15%Act as a key facilitator between Development & Business teams. Delegating work and assignments toteam. 10%Perform other duties, as assigned.
