Position: Field Sales Executive

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (field-based, covering Vijay Nagar, Palasia, AB Road, Scheme 54, Nipania, Ujjain Road and other areas)

About Us:
Shriketu Construction Pvt. Ltd. is a growing construction company in Indore, offering complete construction services along with its specialized division, Shriketu UltraShield — Indore's dedicated waterproofing and cool roof solutions brand ("Protect Today. Stay Cool Tomorrow."). This role covers sales for both business lines under one roof.

Key Responsibilities:

General (Both Businesses):

- Visit client sites for inspection appointments booked by the telecalling team, or generated through personal/networker leads
- Understand client requirement — whether it's a construction project or a waterproofing/cool roof requirement
- Prepare and present accurate scope of work and pricing to the client
- Negotiate and close deals, collect advance payment as per company terms
- Follow up with warm leads via calls/WhatsApp
- Build relationships with networkers, contractors, architects, and builders for referral business across both verticals
- Maintain daily visit and conversion reports (separately tracked for Construction and UltraShield)
- Handover confirmed projects to the respective execution team (construction site team / waterproofing applicator team)





Shriketu Construction specific:

- Identify and pursue leads for new construction, renovation, or contracting work
- Coordinate with site engineers/architects for scope and estimate finalization

Shriketu UltraShield specific:

- Assess waterproofing/cool roof site conditions and prepare scope (terrace, walls, bathroom, basement, cracks)
- Present tiered options to clients (e.g., acrylic vs. PU) to encourage premium upgrades
- Explain cool roof benefits as a key differentiator to industrial/commercial clients (including Pithampur segment leads)

Requirements:

- Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience (construction, real estate, home services, or B2B sales preferred)
- Robust communication skills in Hindi/Hinglish; basic English for quotations
- Comfortable with two-wheeler travel across Indore
- Confident in face-to-face client interaction and price negotiation
- Ability to handle and prioritize leads from two different business lines
- Basic smartphone/WhatsApp proficiency

Preferred:

- Existing network in construction/real estate/interior design/industrial community in Indore
- Experience selling both project-based (construction) and service-based (waterproofing) offerings

Compensation: Fixed salary + incentive on every closed project (separate/combined commission slabs for Construction vs UltraShield — to be discussed)

Pay: ₹10,505.32 - ₹18,106.44 per month
