We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage our online marketplace and website operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory coordination, order management, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

- Create, update, and optimize product listings across the company website and online marketplaces.
- Write compelling product titles, descriptions, and upload high-quality images.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to maintain stock accuracy.
- Process and track customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Ensure accurate product pricing, promotions, and catalog updates.
- Monitor website performance and report product or technical issues.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, banners, and promotional activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and qualified manner.




- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports using e-commerce analytics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and marketplace policies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management.
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, product content optimization, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with product photography or image editing tools.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Understanding of online customer behavior and marketplace best practices.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
