Maya Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to support the Sales and Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, maintaining records, and coordinating with internal teams to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing and business development activities.
- Explain company products and services professionally over the phone.
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
- Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the concerned department.
- Prepare daily and weekly call reports.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.




- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
- Valuable organizational and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh (Chandigarh): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

- Telecommunication in Pharma Industry : 1 year (Required)
