Looking for MRD (Medical Record Department) Executive to manage, maintain, and safeguard patient medical records in compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
- Manage and maintain patient medical records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Retrieve and provide medical records to authorized personnel as needed
- Conduct regular audits of medical records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to update and correct medical records.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of medical documentation
- Maintain accurate records of medical records activities and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and security regulations in handling medical records.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
