Job Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing overall store operations, managing the store team, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store activities
- Ensure shelves are properly stocked and organized
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Monitor opening and closing procedures
- Ensure smooth billing and operational processes
Team Management
- Hire, train, and supervise store staff
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
- Handle leaves, discipline, and team coordination
- Motivate employees and resolve team conflicts
Customer Service
- Ensure excellent customer service standards
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally
- Maintain a welcoming shopping environment
- Support cross-selling and customer engagement initiatives
Inventory & Sales
- Monitor stock availability and replenishment
- Reduce stock loss and operational issues
- Support sales growth and store performance targets
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Retail or grocery store operations experience
- Customer handling and operational management skills
Qualification & Experience
- Any Graduate
- Prior retail/store supervisory or managerial experience preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
