Villa Operations Supervisor – Job Responsibilities

- Supervise the daily operations of the villa to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate and oversee housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, security, and food & beverage services (if applicable).
- Welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out processes, and handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all villas are clean, well-maintained, and prepared before guest arrival.
- Monitor staff performance, assign daily tasks, and provide training and guidance.
- Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies, amenities, and operational equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure quality standards.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with engineering or maintenance teams.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company policies.




- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate records of occupancy, maintenance, and guest feedback.
- Monitor operational expenses and assist in controlling costs while maintaining service quality.
- Coordinate with reservation, sales, and management teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and special requests.
- Assist in planning and executing special events or VIP guest arrangements.
- Ensure emergency procedures are followed and respond appropriately during incidents.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations of operational staff.
- Maintain strong communication with management and provide recommendations for service improvements.
- Promote a positive work setting and uphold the organization's service standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
