Position: Executive (Operations)
Job Locations: Dwarka, Najafgarh, Tagore Garden & Shahpur Jat, Delhi
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive (Operations) to support the organization's day-to-day operational and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.
- Handle customer/client queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
- Support the team in achieving operational targets and business objectives.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.




- Assist in administrative and operational coordination across departments.
- Follow company policies, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
