Job Overview

The Monarch Enterprises is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Executive to manage and coordinate retail interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have experience coordinating with design, production, procurement, vendors, site teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate retail interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement, and Site Installation teams.
- Track project progress and ensure timely execution.
- Follow up with vendors and suppliers for material availability and deliveries.
- Maintain project documentation, BOQs, drawings, approvals, and reports.
- Coordinate client meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Resolve project-related issues by coordinating with internal teams.




- Support billing, project closure, and documentation processes.
- Ensure quality standards and project deadlines are consistently achieved.

Required Skills

- Strong project coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of interior fit-out execution and project management.
- Ability to read drawings and understand BOQs.
- Excellent planning, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Interior Design, Retail Fit-Out, Furniture Manufacturing, or Interior Contracting.
