AGM/DGM – Projects (Construction Management)

Arkay Developers currently executing 5 lakh sq. ft. of Commercial and 3 lakh sq. ft. of Residential developments in Bangalore. We are looking for a highly experienced AGM/DGM – Projects (Construction Management) to lead end-to-end project execution, construction management, and project delivery.

Eligibility

· Qualification: B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred)

· Experience: 15–20+ years in construction project management and execution

· Age: 48–52 years (Preferred)

· Location preferred: Bangalore Candidates only

· Preference will be given for candidates having knowledge in Execution of large-scale commercial developments such as: IT Parks, Commercial Complexes, High-rise Buildings and also, Prior experience with Project Management Consultancy (PMC) firms

Key Responsibilities

· Lead complete execution of commercial construction projects from planning to handover.

· Prepare project strategies, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and monitor progress in line with business objectives.

· Direct and manage manpower, contractors, consultants, and site teams to achieve quality, cost, and timeline targets.





· Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and monitor project milestones.

· Oversee construction management activities including planning, scheduling, execution, supervision, quality control, material inspection, testing, and commissioning.

· Review and interpret BOQs, construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

· Independently manage project execution from excavation through structural works, finishing, MEP coordination, non-tender items, testing, commissioning, and final handover.

· Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, MEP teams, etc.

· Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and quality procedures.

· Project update using Auto CAD, MS Office, Excel etc.
