As we continue to expand our reach, we are looking for a motivated and articulate Telemarketer to join our team and help us connect with homeowners in need of our expert services.
The Role
As a Telemarketer for Pooja Roofings, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your primary goal is to generate high-quality leads by identifying homeowners who require roof inspections, repairs, or replacements. You will educate potential customers on our services and schedule appointments for our roofing specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Proactively reach out to residential property owners using provided lead lists.
- Lead Generation: Clearly communicate the benefits of choosing Pooja Roofings and identify homeowners interested in a professional roof assessment.
- Appointment Setting: Successfully convert cold or warm calls into scheduled consultations for our sales team.
- Data Management: Accurately update and maintain our CRM system with call notes,
lead status, and customer details.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of our roofing materials, warranties, and service offerings to effectively answer customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or inside sales preferred (experience in home services or construction is a major plus).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills with a skilled, friendly, and persuasive phone manner.
- Resilience: A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection professionally while remaining focused on targets.
- Organization: Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills for lead tracking and calendar management.
The candidate must have there own Laptop
Have to connect with potential IndianMart Customers & our dealers on regular basis
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
