Practice Head – Mechanical

CADD Centre is looking for a agile and industry-oriented Practice Head – Mechanical to lead the Mechanical Practice vertical across training, content development, technology integration, industry partnerships, and business growth initiatives.

The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, academic leadership, industry engagement, innovation mindset, and operational excellence to drive next-generation competency development in areas such as Product Design, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, CAx Technologies, Industry 4.0, AI-driven Engineering, and Smart Manufacturing.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, hands-on engineering knowledge, curriculum strategy experience, and the ability to align learning solutions with current and emerging industry requirements.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (Mandatory)

· Master’s Degree preferred





· Certifications in CAD/CAE/PLM/Industry 4.0/AI technologies will be an advantage

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
