Education Details

Graduation/ Post Graduation - B.E. or Bachelors in Operations Management/ other relevant degree holder

Additional Qualification (Diploma or Certification) - If yes, It would be count as Added advantage

Total Experience(in years) - 2 to 5 years - Preferred Industry/Company - NA

Relevant Experience(in years) - 3 to 5 years - Preferred Current Position - Productions Manager

Job Description

Procurement of material before production planning

Planning production of the day

Allocation of work to the production team

Listing material to be purchased

Ordering material for purchase after the approval taken from the management





Preparing Engineering documents of equipments

Testing of equipment manufactured

Execution of FAT

Ensure that all equipments are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner as per specifications and requirements mentioned

Perform quality control and monitor production

Planning for installation and managing manpower for installation

As and when require recruit, train and monitor the employees/workers

Resolve the problem or query of customer as and when required

Attaining Kick Off meeting with client and take action as discussed in the meeting

Visit sites for resolving any query/Installation

Visiting client site for understanding client’s requirement as and when required

Preparing documents/ material required for audit

Attaining the audit procedure when conducted

At the end of the day taking report from the supervisor for the work done

Planning for the next day

Daily reporting to the management for the work done

Executing all other tasks given by the management
