Role Overview

We are looking for an articulate, polished, and dynamic Centre Manager to lead operations and sales at our flagship Pedder Road branch. As the face and operational anchor of the branch, you will build strong relationships with elite clients, conduct in-depth consultations, and drive revenue by closing high-ticket treatment packages.

Key Responsibilities1. High-Ticket Consultations & Sales Conversion

- Lead one-on-one consultations with HNI clients, understanding their aesthetic and wellness goals with empathy and expertise.
- Present tailored, premium treatment solutions and successfully convert consultations into high-value treatment packages.
- Overcome client hesitations gracefully while maintaining a high standard of trust and discretion.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly branch revenue targets.

2. Client Relationship Management & Luxury Hospitality

- Ensure a seamless, white-glove experience for every client from entry to post-treatment care.
- Build long-term relationships with HNI clients to encourage repeat visits, package upgrades, and referrals.




- Maintain complete confidentiality and uphold strict privacy standards for high-profile clients.

3. Branch Operations & Leadership

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Pedder Road branch, ensuring pristine hygiene, smooth appointment scheduling, and strict adherence to clinic protocols.
- Manage branch staff (dermatologists, therapists, front desk, and support staff) to maintain exceptional service delivery.
- Track monthly performance metrics, track sales funnels, and present operational reports to senior management.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, consultation, or clinic management within premium aesthetic clinics, luxury wellness centers, high-end hospitality, or luxury retail.
- Track Record: Proven ability to handle consultative selling and close high-ticket sales (Aesthetic treatments, high-end wellness packages, or luxury products).
- Communication: Flawless English communication (verbal and written) with a sophisticated, professional demeanor.
- Client Handling: Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven experience interacting comfortably with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
- Personality: Self-motivated, target-driven, polished, and highly organized with strong leadership capabilities.
