Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive who can generate leads, build client relationships, and drive sales for our IT services and software products. The ideal candidate should be proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable using contemporary AI tools for content creation and outreach.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads from LinkedIn, social media & freelancer portals
- Do cold calling, emailing & client follow-ups
- Sell services: Mobile Apps, Web Apps, AI Solutions
- Promote products: School ERP, Gym Software, Payroll, etc.
- Create basic marketing content (images/videos) using AI tools
- Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude for communication & content

Requirements:

- Experience in IT sales / lead generation
- Good communication skills




- Knowledge of LinkedIn & freelancer platforms
- Basic understanding of AI tools

Compensation:

- Fixed + Incentives (based on performance)

Qualifications:

- Education: MBA or BBA
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of software and technology
- Ability to generate leads and build client relationships

Experience:

- 6 months - 2 year experience can apply
