The Pre Primary & Sr. Pre Primary Teacher plays a crucial role in shaping early childhood education by guiding young learners and mentoring junior teachers. They are responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that fosters children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum: Implement a progressive and culturally appropriate curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards.
- Classroom Management: Establish a safe, structured, and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Teaching & Learning: Utilize innovative teaching methods to engage children in interactive and meaningful learning experiences.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and support junior teachers, ensuring best practices in early childhood education.
- Child Development Monitoring: Observe, assess, and document children's learning progress, behavior, and social interactions.
- Parental Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents, providing insights into their child's development and fostering strong partnerships.
