Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Graphic Design Intern to become a part of our vibrant team. In the role of Graphic Designer at Femtosoft Technologies,you will collaborate closely with the marketing and project management teams to create top-notch design materials.

Qualifications

- Engaging in any degree or studies related to Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a similar discipline.
- Expertise in graphic design applications, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Comprehensive knowledge of design fundamentals, color theory, and typography.
- Innovative thinking with the capability to transform ideas into aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to producing superior quality work.
- Willingness to accept constructive criticism and integrate it into design modifications.
- A strong desire to learn and adjust to emerging design trends and technologies.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop visually engaging designs for a range of digital and print formats, including brochures, social media visuals, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
- Establish and uphold a cohesive and appealing visual identity for our brand, ensuring that all designs adhere to our company's style guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to grasp project requirements, objectives, and timelines,



translating these into effective design solutions.
- Remain informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to consistently enhance the quality and effectiveness of our design outputs.
- Create design materials tailored for specific events, such as banners, signage, badges, and promotional items.
- Guarantee that all design projects are finalized punctually, adhering to set deadlines and budgetary limits.
- Contribute innovative ideas and insights to enrich the overall brand experience and marketing initiatives.

Skills Required

- Demonstrated expertise as a Graphic Designer, supported by a robust portfolio that highlights your design capabilities and cutting-edge approach.
- Skilled in graphic design applications, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Familiarity with Figma and experience in WordPress website design.
- Understanding of web design principles and experience in UI/UX design is advantageous.
- Comprehensive knowledge of design fundamentals, including layout, color theory, and typography.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior quality work.
