Job Summary:

- Lead design and integration of ELV, ICT, and security systems for hyperscale data centres and mission-critical facilities.
- Ensure seamless coordination across electrical, mechanical, architectural, and security disciplines.
- Drive scalable, high-performance ELV solutions for commercial and law-enforcement environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design structured cabling, fiber/copper backbone, ELV rooms, racks, and integrated ELV infrastructure aligned with MV/LV, UPS, and emergency power systems.
- Prepare schematics, routing plans, BOMs, installation drawings, and contribute to coordinated BIM models.
- Lead large-scale ELV systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV/IP Video,



Access Control, PA, Intrusion Detection, Networking) ensuring compliance with NEC, IEC, TIA/EIA, ISO standards.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and optimize system architecture for performance, redundancy, security, and uptime.

Client, Commercial & Leadership:

- Support sales with technical proposals, cost estimates, and client presentations.
- Lead multi-stakeholder projects ensuring delivery within time and budget.
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- 5–10+ years’ experience in ELV/ICT design, including mission-critical or data centre projects.
- Proven expertise in integrating ELV with LV/MV electrical infrastructure.
- 5+ years in security systems, with leadership experience in ELV projects.

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC structured cabling standards and NEC/IEC codes.
- Understanding of data centre redundancy and uptime concepts.
- Experience with LAN/WAN/WLAN, firewalls, switches, and IP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit (BIM coordination).

Soft Skills & Competencies:

- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinking with customer-focused decision-making.
- Ability to manage pressure, complexity, and changing priorities.
- Leadership capability with cross-cultural collaboration experience.
