Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and communication-focused Telecaller to join our team at our Kanpur office.

The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing the company’s services, understanding initial client requirements, identifying interested prospects, and maintaining consistent follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should have strong Hindi communication skills, basic English communication ability, confidence in speaking with current people, and a professional approach to client conversations.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided lead data.
- Introduce the company and explain its services clearly and professionally.
- Understand prospective clients' initial requirements and areas of interest.
- Identify interested and qualified prospects.
- Follow up regularly with potential clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings or callbacks for interested prospects.
- Coordinate with the Sales Executive and Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate daily records of calls, responses, and follow-ups.
- Update lead status regularly in CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Achieve assigned daily calling and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Submit daily calling and follow-up reports to the reporting manager.
- Maintain professional communication and represent the company positively.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic conversational English.
- Clear and confident speaking ability.
- Comfortable making outbound and cold calls.




- Good listening, communication, and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, email, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle follow-ups consistently.
- Good time management and reporting discipline.
- Positive and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Customer Calling, Business Development, or B2B Calling will be preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills, confidence, and willingness to learn may also apply.

Job Location

This is a Work From Office position in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Candidates should be comfortable commuting to the office daily and working for 8 hours as per the company’s working schedule.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

The final salary will be based on relevant experience, communication skills, interview performance, and suitability for the role.
