Key Responsibilities

 Edit and produce high-quality video content across multiple formats:

 Short-form content (Reels, Shorts)

 Long-format videos (YouTube, brand films, educational content)

 Performance marketing creatives (ad films, conversion-focused content)

 Develop platform-

first edits tailored to Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.

 Ensure strong storytelling, smooth pacing, and engaging visual flow.

 Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and performance teams.

 Experiment with creative formats and contribute innovative editing ideas.

Requirements

 Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience.

 Robust portfolio showcasing:

 Reels & short-form content

 Long-format storytelling





 Performance marketing/advertising creatives

 Strong understanding of social media trends and content optimization.



Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or e

quivalent tools.

 A keen eye for detail, transitions, sound design, and visual storytelling.

 Passion for video editing and a proactive creative mindset.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹44,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
