We're Hiring: Senior Transportation Accounting Coordinator

Location: Mohali, Punjab, India
Shift: Permanent North American Shift
Experience: 6+ Years (Transportation Accounting – Mandatory)
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Customer invoicing and Accounts Receivable management
Carrier settlements and Accounts Payable processing
Verify PODs, rate confirmations, and freight documentation
Audit load profitability and accessorial charges (Detention, Layover, TONU, etc.)
Perform financial reconciliations and maintain audit-ready records
Prepare billing, aging, carrier payment, and profitability reports
Maintain accounting records using TMS, CRM, QuickBooks, and Excel
Collaborate with operations, customer service, and carrier management teams

Required Qualifications

Minimum 6+ years of continuous experience in Transportation, Freight Brokerage, Logistics,



Trucking, or 3PL Accounting
Mandatory experience in the North American transportation industry
Solid knowledge of AR, AP, carrier settlements, freight billing, POD management, rate confirmations, and accessorial billing
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, TMS, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems
Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
