Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse / Scrub Nurse to join our Operation Theatre team at Healing Hands Clinic. The ideal candidate should have experience in OT procedures, surgical assistance, patient care, and maintaining a sterile environment. The candidate will be responsible for assisting surgeons during procedures and ensuring smooth OT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist surgeons during surgical procedures as a Scrub Nurse

Prepare OT, surgical instruments, and required equipment before procedures

Maintain strict aseptic and sterile techniques during surgeries

Perform surgical scrubbing, gowning, and gloving procedures

Ensure availability and proper handling of surgical instruments and supplies

Assist in patient preparation before surgery and post-operative care

Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and nursing records

Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the medical team

Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and OT staff for smooth workflow





Ensure proper sterilization and infection control practices are followed

Maintain inventory of OT supplies and inform about requirements

Qualification

GNM / B.Sc Nursing / P.B.B.Sc Nursing

Valid Nursing Council Registration required

Experience

1–3 years of experience as a Staff Nurse / Scrub Nurse

Experience in Operation Theatre procedures preferred

Required Skills

Good knowledge of surgical procedures and OT protocols

Strong understanding of infection control practices

Ability to handle surgical instruments and equipment

Valuable communication and coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure in an OT environment

Patient-focused and responsible approach

Good teamwork and coordination with medical staff

Attention to detail and discipline in maintaining sterile conditions

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
