Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Resource to join our team for a long-term project focused on large-scale academic operations. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in LMS architecture, React-based applications, backend customization, plugin development, integrations, APIs, performance optimization, and security.

This role will initially be remote. However, once the project is completed, the selected candidate must be willing to work from the nearest Neosoft office.

Project Highlights

- Work on backend customization and plugin development for a large-scale Learning Management System.
- Support academic operations with a scalable and secure learning platform.
- Focus on performance optimization, system scalability, and seamless learning experience delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, development, infrastructure, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide frontend and backend developers on solution architecture, code quality, scalability, and best practices.
- Lead backend customization, plugin development, and React-based frontend integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production and integration issues.
- Review technical designs, code, deployments, and release readiness.
- Coordinate with product, development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to ensure timely technical delivery.




- Translate business requirements into technical designs and actionable development tasks.
- Manage technical documentation, dependencies, risks, and project handover to the eventual full-time replacement.
- Ensure high standards of performance, security, and maintainability across the platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7–9 years of hands-on experience in Learning Management System (LMS) development and React-based applications.
- Strong expertise in LMS architecture, customization, plugin development, and integrations.
- Proficiency in working with APIs and third-party system integrations.
- Experience in performance optimization and security implementation for large-scale applications.
- Strong understanding of scalable application architecture and best coding practices.
- Ability to review technical designs, code, deployments, and release processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with prior experience in large-scale academic or e-learning projects.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for development teams.
- Ability to take ownership of end-to-end technical delivery.
- Willingness to relocate or work from the nearest Neosoft office after project completion.
