To gerate punch list/snag list and circulate to project site team and project Manager, project head, branch head and coporate office.
To generate respective project site work progress report, corrective action report, good pratice report, ppt report,
Site visit report(report to be prepared) MIS Report
cross team interaction, commuction and initative.
To identify the problems in the core areas and come up with solutions Adopting best pratices to enhance quality of work/productivity.Building excellent rapport with Stakeholders.
