Job description

1. Make calls to customers and obtain required clarity for proceeding with manufacturing.

2. Address in bound technical queries from both internal and external stakeholders.

3. Liaise with manufacturing department for smooth workflow.

4. Continuously upgrade technical knowledge and gain proficiency.

5. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.

6. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

7. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

8. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

9. Take the extra mile to engage customers.

10. Discuss the customer feedbacks and queries with HOD-CRM

11. Perform satisfactorily any duties assigned by the reporting authority

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience - 0 -1 Year

Valuable Communication skill in English
