Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct daily lawn tennis coaching sessions as per the academy schedule.
- Train students in technical skills, footwork, fitness, match play, and game strategy.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and sportsmanship on and off the court.
- Assess player performance regularly and provide structured feedback to the Academy Manager.
- Prepare players for tournaments, selection trials, and inter-academy competitions.
- Ensure proper use and care of tennis equipment and court facilities.
- Follow the coaching curriculum and training methodology prescribed by the academy.
- Be present and actively coach during all practice sessions, tournaments, and events assigned.
- Coordinate with fitness trainers and support staff when required.
- Maintain attendance records of players and submit reports on time.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
