Location : Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Handle group booking requests for domestic and international travel




- Coordinate with airlines for group fare quotations, blocking, and confirmations
- Manage ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds for group bookings
- Ensure timely follow-ups with airlines and internal stakeholders
- Provide accurate fare details and travel options to agents/customers
- Handle LCC (Low-Cost Carrier) and GDS bookings efficiently
- Maintain proper documentation and booking records
- Resolve booking-related queries and issues within defined TAT
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 –4 years of experience in group booking / air ticketing
- Good knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
- Experience in handling domestic & international group travel
- Solid communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings
- Attention to detail and accuracy in fare handling
