Role Objective

To develop into a full-cycle real estate sales qualified responsible for revenue generation and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end sales involvement from lead generation to closure
- Conduct market research and pricing analysis
- Manage client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams
- Maintain CRM and sales performance reportsGain a thorough understanding of real estate project sales processes.
- Assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Support the sales team in achieving project-specific targets.
- Engage with prospective buyers and provide detailed project information.
- Organize site visits and address client queries effectively.
- Maintain and update customer databases while tracking interactions.




- Conduct research to identify industry trends and customer preferences.
- Analyze competitor projects and pricing strategies.
- Share insights to enhance sales strategies and decision-making.
- Assist with sales documentation and agreement processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis.
- Participate in structured training sessions on real estate sales, negotiations, and customer engagement.
- Work closely with mentors and senior leaders to gain practical industry insights.
- Develop essential sales and leadership skills for long-term career growth.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
