Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Attingal. The candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring all construction activities stay within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

Analyze drawings and project specifications

Monitor and control project costs

Handle tendering and contract documentation

Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate pricing

Track project progress and prepare cost reports

Ensure compliance with construction standards and regulations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.

1–5 years of experience in construction projects.

Strong knowledge of estimation, costing, and BOQ preparation.





Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant software.

Positive communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in residential or commercial projects in Kerala.

Knowledge of Kerala building rules and local regulations.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)
