Work Schedule

- Timing: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day
- Break: 1 hour
- Weekly Offs: 1 day per week
- Saturday and Sunday will be working days

Salary

₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door field marketing activities
- Identify properties available for rent or sale
- Create and update property listings on the platform
- Educate property owners and customers about the app
- Encourage app downloads and assist users with app usage




- Maintain daily activity and listing records
- Build positive relationships with property owners and local residents

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with field work and outdoor activities
- Basic smartphone handling skills
- Ability to meet weekly listing targets
- At least 50% of weekly listings should result in app downloads
- Prior sales or marketing experience is preferred but not mandatory

Incentive StructureWeekly Incentives

- 150 Listings: ₹1,000 Incentive
- 300 Listings: ₹2,500 Incentive
- Additional Listings: ₹6 per extra listing

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
