Job Description – Warehouse Executive (Fashion & Apparel)

Location: Okhla Phase II, Delhi

Experience: 3+ Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Process and fulfill orders received through multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Handle return claims, exchanges, refunds, and reverse logistics efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock reconciliation and audits.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
- Coordinate with logistics partners, vendors, and internal teams for smooth warehouse operations.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to warehouse SOPs.
- Monitor order fulfillment timelines to achieve operational KPIs.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and organized inventory.

Key Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the Fashion & Apparel industry.
- Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory.




- Hands-on experience with Myntra Seller Portal is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of order processing across e-commerce marketplaces.
- Experience in handling return claims, exchanges, refunds, and reverse logistics.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and warehouse operations.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with fashion or apparel brands.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
