Key Responsibilities:

- Data Input: Accurately input and update information in computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Record Maintenance: Review and verify data for correctness, consistency, and completeness.
- Document Handling: Sort and organize source documents, such as invoices, receipts, forms, or other records, for entry.
- Data Verification: Cross-check and validate data to ensure no errors or discrepancies.
- Report Generation: Generate, review, and distribute regular reports as needed.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
- Error Resolution: Identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies found in data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Software Usage: Operate a variety of data entry tools, such as spreadsheets, databases, and proprietary software systems.

Requirements:

- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer or data management certifications are a plus.
- Technical Skills:



Proficiency in typing and familiarity with data entry software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, database tools).
- Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 40–50 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Basic written and verbal communication skills.
- Work Experience: Prior experience in data entry or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
