We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence, increase patient engagement, and support the hospital's growth initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient awareness and hospital outreach.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with doctors, clinics, healthcare professionals, corporate organizations, educational institutions, and community groups.
- Conduct field marketing activities and regular visits to referral doctors and healthcare partners.
- Plan and coordinate health camps, awareness programs, medical seminars, and promotional events.
- Promote the hospital's ENT services, specialty clinics, diagnostic facilities, and treatment programs.
- Generate patient referrals and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage digital marketing activities in coordination with the marketing team, including social media promotions, online campaigns, and reputation management.
- Track marketing performance, patient acquisition data, and campaign effectiveness.




- Prepare marketing reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Support branding initiatives and ensure consistent communication of the hospital's services and values.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and events.

RequirementsEssential Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in hospital, healthcare, pharmaceutical, diagnostic center, or medical marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve marketing targets.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in hospital marketing is highly preferred.
- Existing network with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals will be an added advantage.
- Experience organizing health camps, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach programs.
