Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Operations to lead and manage multi-site Facility Management operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Facility Management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure seamless service delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations across multiple client locations.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor operational performance.
- Handle client escalations and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business review meetings.
- Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and improve profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and support Facility Managers, Site Supervisors, and operational teams.
- Ensure adequate manpower deployment and operational efficiency across all sites.
- Drive service quality, compliance,
and continuous process improvement.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a Facility Management company.
- Experience in managing multi-site Facility Management operations is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Good knowledge of operational planning, budgeting, and team management.
Mandatory Requirements
- Candidates must have experience in a dedicated Facility Management (FM) organization.
- Candidates with only Property Management Services (PMS) experience will not be considered.
- Candidates with onsite-only or single-site experience will not be considered.
