Job Summary:

We are looking for a Windchill Customization/Application Developer Consultant with strong hands-on experience in PTC Windchill development. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Java, Windchill customization, REST APIs, workflows, and enterprise PLM implementations. Experience in the Medical Devices domain is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Configure and customize Windchill solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop server-side and client-side customizations using Windchill APIs.
- Design and implement REST APIs (OData/Swagger).
- Customize workflows, lifecycles, business rules, and other Windchill configurations.
- Prepare technical design documents and support solution implementation.
- Debug, deploy, and support applications throughout the development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions.
- Develop unit and functional test cases.




- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and global teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Support CI/CD implementation and DevOps best practices.

Required Skills

- Overall 6+ years of IT experience with 3+ years of hands-on Windchill development.
- Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, SQL, JavaScript, and scripting.
- Experience with Windchill server-side/client-side customization and Windchill APIs.
- Strong understanding of Windchill database architecture.
- Experience with Lifecycle and Workflow customization.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, OData, and Swagger.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD practices.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the Medical Devices domain.
- Exposure to MPMLink, PartsLink, QMS, or Regulatory modules.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, or Azure DevOps.
