Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and update baseline, master, and recovery project schedules.
- Monitor project progress against planned milestones and timelines.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and MIS.
- Track manpower, procurement, and material delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and resource utilization.
- Assist in identifying project risks and support timely resolution.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, RFIs, site instructions, and project records.
- Coordinate project closeout documentation and handover activities.
- Ensure compliance with project procedures and documentation standards.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech (Civil) or M.E./M.Tech (Civil).
- 5–7 years of experience in construction planning/project monitoring.
- Robust knowledge of MS Project and Advanced Microsoft Excel.




- Experience in project scheduling, resource planning, progress monitoring, and reporting.
- Good understanding of BOQ, project documentation, and construction workflows.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹30,125.53 - ₹48,244.75 per month
