Job Title: Subject Coordinator/ Incharge

Role Overview:
The Subject Coordinator/ Incharge is responsible for overseeing the academic planning, execution, and performance of a specific subject across assigned classes. We are currently looking for Subject Coordinator/ Incharge in the following subjects: Hindi, English, Science, Mathematics, and Social Science. The role involves ensuring high-quality teaching standards, supporting teachers, and driving student academic excellence in the subject area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement the academic curriculum for the assigned subject.
- Monitor and improve teaching methodologies and classroom delivery.
- Guide and support subject teachers in lesson planning and execution.
- Conduct regular reviews of student performance and suggest improvement strategies.
- Prepare and review question papers, worksheets, and assessment materials.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus and maintain academic records.
- Organize subject-related activities, workshops, and competitions.




- Coordinate with school management for academic planning and reporting.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning setting within the subject department.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Minimum 4–5 years of teaching experience.
- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in academic planning and student assessment.
