Experience:

For Degree Engineer: Min 10 Years

For Diploma Engineer: Min 12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review project invoices.
- Accurately calculate and prepare invoices based on project contracts, progress reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Review invoices for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices to clients.
- Track and monitor project costs.
- Monitor project costs against budgets and identify any potential cost overruns.
- Prepare cost reports and variance analysis.
- Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to manage project costs effectively.
- Resolve billing discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes with clients in a timely and skilled manner.




- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address any issues.
- Maintain accurate billing records:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Ensure proper documentation and archiving of all billing-related documents.
- Assist with contract administration
- Assist with the review and interpretation of project contracts.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Provide support to project teams
- Provide timely and accurate information to project teams regarding billing status and any potential issues.
- Assist project teams with any billing-related inquiries.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to project billing.
