Location: Bangalore / Gurgaon

Position: Content Developer II

Experience Required:

5+ years of total experience

3+ years of relevant experience in Instructional Design within Corporate Learning & Development, eLearning, or Workforce Upskilling environments

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Design and develop engaging learning content, courses, and curricula for adult learners across online, hybrid, and classroom delivery modes.

Strong understanding of Instructional Design methodologies such as ADDIE and/or SAM.

Create clear storyboards, logically structured learning content, and effective formative & summative assessments.

Develop interactive, learner-centric eLearning content that drives knowledge retention and on-the-job behavior change.

Proficiency in eLearning authoring and multimedia tools such as:

Articulate Storyline 360

Rise 360

Adobe Captivate

Camtasia

Vyond

Synthesia

or similar platforms





Knowledge of Accessibility Standards including WCAG and Section 508.

Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and prompt engineering for content creation and workflow optimization.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word for creating professional learning materials.

Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Salary: Up to ₹14 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
