Key Skills Required

- 4–7 years of experience in Management Consulting, Finance Transformation, Process Excellence, or Digital Transformation.
- Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 institution/Chartered Accountant; MBA preferred.
- Strong experience across Finance Transformation, Operating Model Assessment, and Process Diagnostics.
- Hands-on experience with P2P, O2C, R2R, Working Capital, and Finance Process Improvement initiatives.
- Experience conducting current-state assessments, fit-gap analysis, benchmarking, and future-state design.




- Robust exposure to Finance Process Intelligence, Data Analytics, Process Mining, and Automation.
- Experience translating business requirements into analytical frameworks and technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Alteryx, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Exposure to GenAI, AI-enabled analytics, or intelligent automation solutions is highly desirable.
- Experience analyzing large finance datasets to identify cost optimization, automation, and process improvement opportunities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience facilitating workshops and executive discussions.
- Ability to lead workstreams and collaborate across functions, geographies, and technology
