Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive growth for our diagnostic laboratory. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence by organizing medical/health camps, partnering with local communities, and building strong B2B relationships with healthcare providers. The ideal candidate must love field work, have excellent communication skills, and possess a strong drive to hit sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Camp Organization: Plan, coordinate, and execute community health camps in residential societies (RWAs), corporate offices, gymnasiums, and senior citizen clubs to generate B2C test volumes.

Package Promotion: Actively promote bundled health check-up packages (e.g., Executive Wellness, Senior Citizen, Vitamin/Thyroid profiles) at camp venues

- Relationship Management:



Build and maintain excellent rapport with local physicians, society presidents, HR managers, and lab tech teams to ensure continuous business.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue, volume targets, and outstanding payment collections.
