Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for driving business growth across residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects in your assigned region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in field sales, solid client negotiation skills, and a solid track record in solar lead generation and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development: Identify and generate new sales opportunities for rooftop, commercial, and industrial solar projects within the assigned region.
- Client Engagement: Meet with prospective residential, commercial, and industrial clients to present the company's solar products and execution capabilities.
- Site Visits & Survey Coordination: Conduct initial site visits, gather technical requirements, and present tailored solar proposals and quotations.
- Pipeline & Closing: Follow up consistently with leads, negotiate terms, and close sales orders to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal Design, Engineering, and Installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and handover.
- Reporting & Market Intelligence: Maintain daily visit logs and activity reports in MS Office/CRM,



while staying updated on local market trends and competitor strategies.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate / Diploma / MBA in Marketing (Preferred).
- Experience: 0–3 years of hands-on experience in Solar Industry Sales & Marketing (Rooftop/C&I; solar experience preferred).
- Skills: Strong field marketing, client negotiation, presentation, and CRM skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in basic MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Mandatory Requirements

- Solar Experience: Prior experience in the Solar Industry is strictly mandatory.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid Driving License.
- Travel: Strong willingness to travel locally for daily client meetings and site visits.
