Job Summary

We are hiring candidates for Warehouse Operations at Medchal. Candidates should be responsible, organized, and capable of handling daily warehouse activities, inventory management, data entry, team coordination, and delivery coordination.

Warehouse Executive – Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage warehouse operations and inventory activities.
- Monitor inward and outward material movement.
- Maintain stock records and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and supervisors.
- Prepare daily warehouse reports.
- Follow safety and operational procedures.

Requirements

- Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of warehouse experience.
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Warehouse Supervisor – Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse activities and manpower.
- Monitor stock movement and inventory records.
- Ensure timely loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with warehouse management and operations teams.




- Prepare daily attendance and operational reports.

Requirements

- Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
- Team handling and leadership skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Data Entry Operator (DEO) – Roles & Responsibilities

- Enter and update warehouse data accurately.
- Maintain inventory, stock, and dispatch records.
- Generate reports using Excel and warehouse systems.
- Verify documents and data entries.
- Support warehouse operations through accurate record keeping.

Requirements

- Graduate preferred.
- Good typing speed and MS Excel knowledge.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Customer Delivery Coordinator (CDC) – Field RoleRoles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers regarding deliveries.
- Track delivery status and ensure timely completion.
- Visit customer locations when required.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams.
- Resolve delivery-related issues and customer queries.
- Maintain delivery records and reports.

Requirements

- Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel within the city.
- Field operations experience preferred.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
