Job Description
The JustJobs Network (JJN) seeks applications from qualified candidates for the position of Research Associate, based in Recent Delhi.
The JustJobs Network is an applied research organisation working on one of the most pressing challenges of our time: how to promote more and better work in a rapidly changing 21st-century economy. We produce actionable research on good job creation, workforce development, and labour market governance. As forces like climate change, the energy transition, technological advancement and trade shocks disrupt labour markets, JJN goes beyond large-scale macroeconomic analysis, bringing grounded research on how these dynamics unfold across different ecologies, geographies, and economic contexts.
We work with multilateral institutions, national, state and local governments, and civil society and grassroots organisations to ground policy and practice in evidence. We convene a global network of policymakers, academics, business and grassroots leaders to amplify the impact of our research, forging a dynamic channel for policy dialogue on employment at local, national, regional, and international levels. Unlike more traditional research organisations, JJN brings data to life through stories, lived experiences, and on-the-ground realities driving a systemic shift toward stronger, more inclusive labour markets and economies.
