Job Title: Home Care Nurse
Location: Chennai
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with a valid Nursing Council Registration

- Provide nursing care to patients at their residence.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments.
- Monitor vital signs and maintain patient health records.
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and daily living activities.
- Perform wound dressing, catheter care, tracheostomy care, and other nursing procedures as required.
- Educate patients and caregivers on medication, recovery, and home care practices.
- Report changes in the patient's condition to the treating physician.
- Ensure infection control and maintain patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM.

- 1–3 years of home care or hospital experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel to patients' homes and work adaptable shifts.
