Sr. Executive - Quality Assurance

Lead key quality and food safety objectives, goals, strategies, and measures

Provide quality and technical support to product development teams in the design, development, and implementation by providing market feedback from stores.

Develop and implement quality and product safety program(s) such as HACCP, Quality Assurance Plan, (etc) at Stores, suppliers, and/or warehouse to secure YUM/SFIL requirements • Lead root cause and corrective action within SFIL and at supplier/or Warehouse/Stores or Logistic partner.

Ensure SFIL/YUM quality and food safety standards are fully implemented at SFIL suppliers.

Conduct and manage both internal and third-party audits of DC and suppliers, ensuring compliance to food safety standards, positive manufacturing practices, and specification compliance

Work with suppliers to implement corrective actions to reverse negative trends in manufacturing related consumer complaints

Drive root cause analyses, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities

Assure that all materials intended for use in SFIL finished goods meet all applicable food safety, regulatory, and quality standards





Work with suppliers/DC/Stores to implement corrective actions as necessary

Implementation of BRCGS for warehouses. • Statistically analyse quality data and identify potential problem areas to prevent issues

Provide feedback to Operations/FSQA Manager regarding suppliers to deliver raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods that comply with specifications/design at optimal costs and minimal risk to the business

Lead consumer complaint investigations • Travel as required to perform all job requirements like audits and verification etc.

Collaborate with, and develop, Quality Assurance leadership action plans and recommendations on major quality and safety concern.

Provide training to the Operation/Warehousing/SCM Team on Training agendas like Basics of quality assurance, Hazmat, Cleaning and Sanitation, Foreign matter control, Temp. report analysis, etc.

Work with cross functional teams to identify and resolve Quality system Problems and to run a smooth processes.
