Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills and practical knowledge of PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC (Employees' State Insurance Corporation) processes.

Responsibilities

- Data entry and maintenance of employee records.
- Preparation and submission of PF and ESIC documentation.
- Handling employee attendance and payroll-related data.
- Maintaining office records and files in digital format.
- Generating reports using MS Excel and other office software.
- Coordinating with government portals for PF and ESIC compliance.
- Performing general administrative and computer-related tasks.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Graduate or Higher Secondary (12th Pass) with relevant experience.




- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of PF and ESIC procedures and online portals.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in payroll processing.
- Knowledge of labor compliance and statutory filings.
- Previous experience in a similar role.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
